These sessions can be done whether you’re at work during a break, traveling, or at home. Relax and get comfortable while I lead you verbally thru a session of relaxing movements that target the limbic system, which controls our emotions. The prefrontal cortex becomes activated in the brain then curiosity, spontaneity, and new ideas begin to emerge. One is able to begin to discriminate what they sense, and freedom begins from our hard wired patterns on thoughts, movement, and feeling.
These sessions not only help improve mobility issues but also help you become more aware within yourself physically, mentally and spiritually. A session may be performed laying down, in a chair, or standing. Being both a Spiritual Medium and a Healer I am able to help facilitate healing in many different aspects of your life.
